Highly emulate all the details when you have a call on iphone: Pick a wallpaper or ringtone from iPhone library, automatically entering sleep mode when there’s no call, start calling when timer ends. Now you can design your "escape plan" or make a "call" on ipod touch and iPhone. Just run the app, slide to unlock, you can see all the settings you need to make "a real call".
